#1 Automatic Dunning Letters Issue

Through this mask it is possible to set a list of customer not to be dunned, a list of maturity values excluded from dunning letters and the default dunning letter type to be created.

Once having saved these settings it will be possible to activate the automatic creation button: this application will go on to create dunning letters as regards all the maturity values that fulfill specific selection criteria set.

RIBBON BAR: it represents the Form menu, that is the area in which it is possible to perform actions linked to the procedure in use. The list of features is the following:

Function	Meaning
Save	Button to save the dunning letters generation.
Dunning Letters Generation	Button to perform the dunning letters generation of maturity values that fulfill the specific selection criteria set.
Search Customer to Be Ignored	Button to search customers that have to be excluded from the automatic generation of dunning letters.
Delete Customers	Button to delete customers from section of customers list, excluded from dunning letters.
Search Maturity Values to be Ignored	Button to search maturity values that have to be excluded.
Delete Maturity Values	Button to delete previously inserted maturity values to be excluded.

FILTER AREA: the filter area contains the list of possible data types thanks to which it is possible to perform a selection, a research on total of the inserted dunning letters, typically filters have always 'AND' condition and it is possible to specify more search filters at the same time.

RESULT GRID: the result grid represents the list of possible dunned maturity values which correspond to filter data, above mentioned. After having specified values through which to obtain a search on dunned maturity values, the user, by clicking on [Search] button on the related Ribbon, will obtain the list of the desired dunned maturity values on the result grid.
